Ed Ingamells x CLA Camp This CLA CAMP is designed for grapplers and particularly coaches that want to experience, learn about and level up their grappling skills & coaching skills through contemporary approaches to grappling such as Constraints-led-approach (CLA) in a safe and challenging space. Being a registered Psychologist and having a background in Neuroscience Ed will hold TWO keynote presentations that will massively help you implementing CLA as well as special Competition classes that you haven't seen online yet!
